In-Depth Guidebooks

I started training in Taekwon-Do in November 1984 under Master Raymond Gayle (8th Degree) and Master Mark Ogborne (7th Degree). Martial arts has been a huge part of my life ever since. I’ve now been training for over 40 years and teaching for more than 30 years.
During that time I’ve trained and taught over 3,000 students and produced 100+ Black Belts, along with thousands of regional, national, European and world champions and medalists in Taekwon-Do and Kickboxing.
My schools teach the original ITF Taekwon-Do system founded by General Choi Hong Hi, rather than Olympic-style Taekwondo, with a strong focus on fundamentals, discipline and real martial arts skill.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching world-class competitors including Jenny Francis (now Swain), World Junior and European Champion, and Josh Veitch, World Kickboxing Champion.
Personally, I hold 5th Degree Black Belts with both the ITF and P.U.M.A.
